Covid-19 outbreak:
Covid-19 outbreak brings world to an extent where people need to face job losses, heavy sales losses , half of the investment return ,we can say the first 6 months of the 2020 is nightmare for the world and as well for the Indian subcontinent .Outbreaks impact is so heavy that all the units are getting having losses except pharma industry which is growing handsomely apart of that all the businesses are in great trouble even some of them are at edge of extension . From all of those there is a question which is been asked by lot of people "what will happen to the real estate market ?". A market which is already been facing some of the hard time since 2017 and Covid-19 outbreak and lock down will be proved as worst case scenario to the real estate.Not only investors but developers are also worried about the current situation.so would happen to the industry let take a look and is there any ray of hope to this market.

As mutual funds scheme gave the negative returns this year few investing in the mutual funds in not profitable . A good friend of mine thinks that too according to him he was wasting is time and money by investing in the mutual funds because the doom in between also bring in the loss while earning the profits last year in the same mutual fund scheme now he is changing his mind to invest in the real estate market at Noida location.
3. Rise in demand :-
During this Covid outbreak the good builders noticed a swift rise in demand for the commercial properties in the Delhi and region which will definitely rise the property prices in the region and investors could get a huge benefits with this .

India is getting benefits with the Indian govt initiative of make in India . Now many of the worlds most elite businesses are shifting to India and opening their manufacturing units in India from where this industry will also get benefits because there are lots of big builders are making office spaces and those office spaces will be occupied by these same spaces where the investors would generate heavy rent.
